EasyCamper & Go Rental Terms for travel between 01-Jan-2010 and 31-Dec-2010
Terms and Conditions
These conditions are part of each lease, and by the tenant to be signed. The tenant is responsible for the entire recreational vehicle (RV), its condition and everything in, on or attached to it for the entire rental period. This period shall begin at the time of acquisition and end at the time of transfer. The tenant is required to inform us of any defects and damages incurred during this period, when this might be of importance for future tenants, immediately or while handing in the RV.
1. Overall
a. Deviations from the contract and/or conditions only apply if both EasyCamper & Go and the tenant accept a written agreement regarding these deviations.
b. Only the tenant in person can agree upon the rental of a motorhome.
c. The booking form, signed and completed by the tenant, is considered as one with the tenant signed lease contract / conditions. Damage resulting from an incorrect indication or misrepresentation by the tenant will be solely borne by the tenant.
2. Landlord obligations
a. EasyCamper & Go is obliged to prepare the RV in time, and in a state consistent with the statutory requirements, unless this proves impossible, for example by the late return of former tenant, or by damage to the RV no longer meets the statutory requirements.
b. If possible, EasyCamper & Go will offer a replacement camper, which should be accepted when the size and format are reasonably equivalent.
c. Failure to provide a replacement RV may take up to repay the rent including deposit, but there is no right to other compensation of any kind.
d. EasyCamper & Go is obliged to deliver the mororhome in good condition and complete with any inventory, accessories, related documents and any registration booklets, with adequate instruction, prior to the use of the RV.
e. EasyCamper & Go is never liable for personal, tangible or intangible damage caused by the tenant or his travel company, due to the use of the RV, mechanical failure or accidental damage.
3. Tenant obligations
Payment:
An initial non refundable deposit will be secured at the time of booking confirmation.This can be paid by Visa or Master Card.
a. The tenant is obliged to pay the total rent included warranty. The payment of the rent must be made up before departure or during the delivery of the RV at the airport.
b. There should be paid a deposit of € 250,= al least three weeks before departure.
c. Cancellations before departure will cost the customer the deposit.
d. The tenant is required to pay the rent, even though he uses the motorhome for a shorter period not at all.
e. EasyCamper & Go reserves the right at any time to terminate the lease without the intervention of court.
f. The warranty is € 1000,=. The warranty will be returned within 3 weeks of returning the car, if returned without damage or fines.
g. The tenant should use the RV carefully, according to its purpose, without making changes.
h. The tenant has the instructions of the landlord to follow.
i. The tenant is not allowed to let others use or rent the RV.
j. The tenant should ensure that he or the authorized driver(s) of the motorhome is at least 3 years in possession of a valid driving license for category B (E) and is 25 years or older.
k. The tenant has to return the RV one day before flying back home at the camping near the airport.
4. Deficiency
a. If the tenant returns the RV later then agreed upon while the RV is already booked then EasyCamper & Go has the right to reimbursement of € 200,= per day. If the motorhome hasn't been booked, then, during consultation by phone or email, the rental period can be extended at the current rental cost.
5. Costs
a. The costs directly related to the use of the RV such as fuel, oil, repair/replacement: or, lighting, fees, fines, court fees, etc., shall be borne by the tenant.
b. The necessary costs of normal maintenance and repair shall be borne by EasyCamper & Go.
c. Repairs after consent, are to be reimbursed after consultation.
d. In case of defects or mechanical defects, the tenant will contact EasyCamper & Go. In agreement will be decided what to do. Fixing defects without prior consultation and/or agreement of EasyCamper & Go will never lead to reimbursement of the incurred costs.
e. The, after the consent of EasyCamper & Go, made repairs, only by EasyCamper & Go reimbursed after presentation by the tenant of the original itemized bills, and on production of defective parts replaced. Failure to submit the papers and elements, relieve the landlord of reimbursement. Repayment of foreign currency notes shall be paid at the middle rate of the currency on the date of repair.
f. Defects repaired by the tenant on his own initiative, without the consent of EasyCamper & Go, in the broadest sense, will never be reimbursed by EasyCamper & Go.
6. Damage
a. If any damage may occur due to loss, theft, damage or confiscated protection of the motorhome, inventory and everything else included, the tenant will go into consultation with EasyCamper & Go, unless special circumstances make this absolutely impossible. The tenant, if possible, will follow the instructions of EasyCamper & Go.
b. The tenant is liable for the damage and the related towing and transportation, unless it can not be attributed.
c. If seizure is made by a government, because of suspected drugs trafficking or otherwise, whether good intentions or not, the tenant is obliged to pay the full material damage to EasyCamper & Go. Judicial or extrajudicial costs by EasyCamper & Go are entirely borne by the tenant.
d. The warranty of € 1000,= will be returned within 3 weeks of returning the car, if returned without damage or fines.
e. EasyCamper & Go is not required (after professional agreement) to defend the price of damages defense. In doubt, the tenant can order a professional to look into the matter himself.
7. Smoking
Smoking inside the camper is not allowed. By violating this, at least € 500, will be charged and deducted from the deposit.
8. Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the RV. By violating this, at least € 500,= will be charged and deducted from the deposit.
9. Complaints
Only written complaints will be considered.
FAQs
1. What happens when I arrive?
You will be picked up at the airport and transported to Amsterdam. Here you will receive additional information about using the RV, after which the lease will be signed. This may take some time.
2. How do I return the RV?
A day before you return to Amsterdam you need to contact us. Please let us know what time you'll be back at the take off spot(= the camping spot). The motorhome will be picked up and the last formalities will be settled. The camper should be returned cleaned and in good condition.
Longer use of the RV only after telephone consultation. Late return without consulting the us first will lead to a penalty.
3. Prices and additional costs?
The price of renting the camper includes taxes and surcharges. You must note that the warranty is € 1000,= Euro. The warranty will be returned within 3 weeks of returning the car, if returned without damage or fines. Also note that you have 2000 km per week free. After this 2000 km you pay 0.20 Euro per additional kilometer.
The rental price also includes cleaning of the outside, inside, emptying the water container and emptying the chemical toilet.
4. Where can I go?
All countries within the European Union.
5. What is the minimum rental period?
One week.
6. What's not allowed?
You're not allowed to travel outside of the EU.
Driving off road or on sandy beaches. Parking in parking garages.
Entry to Italian cities is forbidden for cars of non-residents. Many cities are trying to ban cars from downtown. You can park your RV at a campsite on the outskirts of town if denied access and explore the city by bicycles.

In such a case, if you book with us at a quoted rate that is incorrect, we will notify you of any price change and give you the option to proceed or cancel. Liability
To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.
When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.
A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.
Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.
Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Car rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 25.00
To add or remove extras to/from a confirmed booking: 10.00
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.
Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Time and place will be agreed in consultation with the costumer.
When the costumer’s picked up, we go together to the motorhome and drive to a camping nearby, or when it’s night to a hotel with parking-place. Here the costumer will receive additional information about using the RV, after which the lease will be signed. The costumer ‘s sleeping his first day in his motorhome.
A day before return to the drop off the costumer need to contact us again. The customer let us know exactly what time he will be back at the take off spot. The motorhome will be picked up and the last formalities will be settled. The camper should be returned cleaned and in good condition.
After hours:
We deliver 24-hours a day all over the Netherlands. Procedure: In consultation with the costumer we agree on wich place and time we hand over the motorhome.There are no extra costs for this service.
Longer use of the RV only after telephone consultation and a day before. If the tenant returns the RV later then agreed upon while the RV is already booked then EasyCamper & Go has the right to reimbursement of € 200,= per day. If the motorhome hasn't been booked, then, during consultation by phone or email, the rental period can be extended at the current rental cost.

On arrival at the airport of Amsterdam, Brussel, Bremen, or Dusseldorf, EasyCamper & Go will be recognizable at the gateway. He has a plate with our logo and name of the costumer he must pick-up.
If someone is delayed at the airport, the motorhome will be stationed nearby. As soon as there will be any information on arrivals, the costumer will be picked up.
When the costumer’s picked up, we go together to the motorhome and drive to a camping nearby, or when it’s night to a hotel with parking-place. Here the costumer will receive additional information about using the RV, after which the lease will be signed. The costumer ‘s sleeping his first day in his motorhome.

On arrival at Rotterdam The Hague Airport, EasyCamper & Go will be recognizable at the gateway. They meet the clients in the arrival hall with a sign and the clients name on it
